Flower delivery to Mrlínek from a Holešov florist

Mrlínek lies about 4 km north-east of Bystřice pod Hostýnem. The Perutinka stream, also called Sovadinka, flows through the village. It is a tributary of the Moštěnka.

The first written mention of Mrlínek dates from 1348. In 2025, the village had 272 inhabitants. At the eastern edge of the village, a white chapel stands beside the main road from Hranice to Bystřice pod Hostýnem.
