Mysločovice lies on the edge of Haná at an altitude of 210 metres. The village lies along roads from Holešov and Lechotice to Malenovice. The first written record of the village dates to 1397.

On a rise in the centre of the village stands the Baroque Church of the Holy Trinity, commissioned by Count František Antonín Rottal and built between 1752 and 1758. The Baroque Chapel of St John of Nepomuk, built in 1730, has an elliptical ground plan and has been a listed cultural monument since 1994. In 1998, the football team from Mysločovice played against Sparta Praha in the ČMFS Cup before 4,000 spectators.
