A local florist delivers flowers to Plešovec

Plešovec is part of Chropyně in Kroměříž District. It lies about two kilometres south-east of Chropyně. In 2021, it had 210 residents.

Since 1864, Plešovec and Chropyně have formed a single municipality. At first, however, the two settlements administered their property separately. In 1883, several Old Slavic graves were found on a rise called Kopec near Plešovec.
